PART B — TERMS AND CONDITIONS

B.1 Our Services

FirepowerSFX provides pyrotechnic, cold spark, CO2 cryo jet, and other special-effects services for weddings, corporate events, and celebrations across Gujarat and India. The precise equipment, quantities, and effects for an event will be confirmed within the written quotation.

B.2 Quotations and Bookings

Quotations generated via our website are estimates and shall be considered confirmed only once agreed in writing, whether by instant message, email, or signed order, and a booking advance has been received. Final pricing may vary in light of a venue site inspection, access constraints, or late changes to the effects requested. A booking shall be treated as confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed advance payment.

B.3 Payments

An advance payment is required to confirm a booking; the balance is payable as agreed in the quotation, typically prior to or on the day of the event. Accepted methods of payment are cash, UPI, and bank transfer. Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

B.4 Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be notified to us in writing, whether by instant message or email, at the earliest opportunity. Advance payments may be wholly or partially non-refundable, having regard to the proximity of the cancellation to the event date and to any costs already incurred (including equipment reservation, staff scheduling, and licence fees already paid). Rescheduling to an alternative date shall be accommodated where possible, subject to the availability of equipment and crew.

B.5 Safety, Licensing and Venue Compliance

Pyrotechnic and aerial effects require venue clearances, compliance with fire safety requirements, and, in the case of aerial or fireworks displays, a valid PESO (Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organisation) licence and the relevant local authority permissions; further detail is available on our Safety and Licensing page. The client is responsible for obtaining venue permission for pyrotechnic and fire effects, and for informing FirepowerSFX of any venue restrictions (such as indoor smoke detectors, ceiling height, or fire safety rules) in advance. FirepowerSFX reserves the right not to proceed with any effect it considers unsafe for the venue or prevailing crowd conditions on the day, notwithstanding any prior booking. Any permits or no-objection certificates required for aerial fireworks displays remain the client's responsibility to obtain, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

B.6 Liability

FirepowerSFX carries out all effects using trained operators and in accordance with manufacturer-specified safety clearances. FirepowerSFX shall not be liable for damage, injury, or loss arising from the client's or venue's failure to disclose relevant site conditions, or from third-party interference with equipment or clearance zones during the event. Liability in respect of any confirmed service failure is limited to the value of the specific service affected, as stated in the quotation.

B.7 Use of This Website

Content on this website, including text, images, and video, is the property of FirepowerSFX unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced without permission. Users agree not to misuse the website, including by submitting false enquiry information or attempting to access restricted areas of the site. B.8 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes arising hereunder.
