• Google Firebase / Google Cloud (India-adjacent data infrastructure) — stores quotation submissions and site data.
• Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity — analytics, only after consent.
• Tawk.to — live chat widget, if you choose to chat with us.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — if you contact us via WhatsApp, subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

4. How Long We Keep Your Data

• Quotation and booking records: retained for the duration of our business relationship and as required for accounting/legal record-keeping.
• First-touch marketing attribution: automatically expires after 30 days.
• Consent records: retained to demonstrate compliance, until you request deletion.

As a Data Principal under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

• Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct or update inaccurate or incomplete data.

• Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.
