These Terms & Conditions govern your use of firepowersfx.com and any pyrotechnics or special-effects services booked with FirepowerSFX ("we", "us", "our"), operating out of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Services

FirepowerSFX provides pyrotechnics, cold spark, CO2 cryo jet, and other special-effects services for weddings, corporate events, and celebrations across Gujarat and India. Exact equipment, quantities, and effects for your event are confirmed in your written quotation.

2. Quotations & Bookings

• Quotations generated via our website are estimates and are confirmed only once agreed in writing (WhatsApp, email, or signed order) and a booking advance is received.
• Final pricing may vary based on venue site inspection, access constraints, or last-minute changes to effects requested.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the agreed advance payment.

3. Payments

• An advance payment is required to confirm your booking; the balance is due as agreed in your quotation, typically before or on the day of the event.
• Accepted payment methods: cash, UPI, and bank transfer.
• Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be communicated in writing (WhatsApp or email) as early as possible.
• Advance payments may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on how close to the event date the cancellation occurs, and any costs already committed (equipment reservation, staff scheduling, licensing fees already paid).
• Rescheduling to a new date is accommodated where possible, subject to equipment and crew availability.

5. Safety, Licensing & Venue Compliance

• The client is responsible for obtaining venue permission for pyrotechnic/fire effects, and for informing FirepowerSFX of any venue restrictions (indoor smoke detectors, ceiling height, fire safety rules) in advance.
• FirepowerSFX will not proceed with any effect it assesses as unsafe for the venue or crowd conditions on the day, regardless of prior booking.
• Required permits/NOCs for aerial fireworks displays are the client's responsibility to obtain unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Liability

• FirepowerSFX carries out all effects using trained operators and manufacturer-specified safety clearances.
• FirepowerSFX is not liable for damage, injury, or loss arising from the client's or venue's failure to disclose relevant site conditions, or from third-party interference with equipment or clearance zones during the event.
• Liability for any confirmed service failure is limited to the value of the specific service affected, as stated in the quotation.

7. Website Use

• Content on this website (text, images, videos) is the property of FirepowerSFX unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced without permission.
• You agree not to misuse the website (e.g. submitting false enquiry data, attempting to access restricted areas of the site).
• Use of cookies and analytics on this site is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat having exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date above.
